How do I search for the product I’m looking for?

You’ll find a product search box on the main page of our website and in the right sidebar on each of our store pages too. Simply enter the type of product you’re searching for, click the search button and a list of relevant product matches will be displayed.

How do I find the product category I’m interested in?

You can browse directly from the menu at the top of each page on our website and then drill down through the categories to find the category you’re specifically interested in.

For example, if you choose “Homecare – Bathing & Showering” this will open up the main Bathing & Showering category, but a list of sub-categories will then appear in the sidebar and you can choose from this list to narrow your search.

How do I purchase a product?

At the top of each product page you’ll find a “Click Here To Buy Now” button and when you click on this it will redirect straight through to the supplier’s own sales page where you can learn more and then purchase safely and securely.

Who will ship my order to me?

All shipping is handled by either Amazon directly, or by the supplier of the product you purchased. Please check the product info page to learn when you should receive it.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Our website automatically syncs with a central database of suppliers every day and removes items that are out of stock, so it’s unusual for a situation like this to occur on our website. If you do come across something like this, please let us know.

Can I place an order with you over the telephone?

Sorry, but it isn’t possible to place phone orders at this time. We have thousands of products listed from hundreds of suppliers and our system automatically forwards your order details to the relevant supplier, so all orders need to be placed online.

Safety & Security

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we consider all of the information that you share with us to be completely private and confidential. At no point will MobilitySupplier.com share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase?

Yes, absolutely. All of the orders you make on our website are processed by one of the largest retailers online – Amazon – and you also have the option to use PayPal as your preferred payment method, so this adds an extra layer of security too.
